Position Summary:
The Senior Oncology Account Manager (SOAM) is a field-based expert, that strategically drives the commercial objectives of Seagen's Breast Cancer/Oncology program for Spain.

The SOAM will be primarily accountable for achieving account commercial and access goals by developing and implementing key account plans in their designated territory to optimize care and access for patients. In order to achieve this goal the SOAM will develop territory specific strategic account plans in the context of the overall product strategy and in close alignment and collaboration with other functions, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant company, industry, legal, regulatory and ethical standards. Furthermore, the SOAM will be responsible for liaising with a cross-functional Team (RAMs and MSLs) to prevent, find and support the removal of obstacles which could limit or delay product access to patients. Finally, the SOAM will need to develop long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders at local level based.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales and access targets in assigned territory as well as KPIs.
- Gathering insights and analyzing the available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level
- Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders generating high level of engagement through a value based proposition.
- Developing, owning and driving sales and access account plan in specific accounts including multi stakeholder targeting, in line with marketing strategy and in cross-functional collaboration with the other field based functions.
- Becoming a link between key customers and internal teams in addition to providing effectiveness reviews of sales activities and territory analysis within budget allocation
- Building the image of Seagen as a key scientific and health care partner for local stakeholders by always providing a scientific approach during all the interactions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and continuous diligent maintenance of the CRM database
- Operating in compliance with all local laws, regulations and policies

Qualifications & Experienced Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is mandatory and science specialization is preferred
- 5+ years successful pharmaceutical sales experience including > 3 years of Oncology therapeutic area and healthcare system knowledge /experience and seniority required
- Breast Cancer experience strongly preferred
- Must live within the assigned territory#LI-TL1
