**Team overview**:
The Oncology team provides transversal support and knowledge about tumors and it´s in charge of Oncology data analysis. In addition this team provides real world insights and recommendations to many different stakeholders related to the oncology area.

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of our Oncology team, your main objectives will be related to:

- Hospital Data Analysis (with focus on oncology data).
- Understanding of client needs.
- Preform feasibility studies for different projects, based on data available
- Active collaboration in the design, analysis plan and data model for each project, based on client needs, clinical knowledge and guidelines.
- Execution of oncology projects, guaranteeing quality and timelines. Work independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members and providing them with direction and guidance.
- Proactive recommendations to improve, enhance and innovate each project/process.
- Active role in the validation of the final report/publication of the projects, guaranteeing its match with the clients specifications,
- Deliver strategic insights or advice to clients.
- Attend and lead when necessary, client and other external meetings as appropriate.
- Effective communication with the different teams involved in the development of the projects.
- Support senior staff on specific business initiatives as required.
- Supports proposal development.

Many of the functions will be carried out in a multidisciplinary and transversal context, including the Spanish Oncology team, the IQVIA Global Oncology team as well as other related teams.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); preferably in Healthcare, Life Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology
- Experience in healthcare and life sciences area, mainly in hospital related areas with focus on oncology.
- Strong client orientation.
- Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - strong presentation skills with Power Point and ability to create and manipulate data via Excel.
- Excellent delivery execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
- High English level
- Good communication and teamwork skills
