En el Nuevo Área de FFVV B2B Y CANAL PRESENCIAL MULTIENERGIA trabajamos cada día para incrementar el número de clientes multienergía B2B gestionando y midiendo la fuerza de ventas y canales presenciales de Repsol.

En el equipo de Estrategia y Desarrollo de Grandes colaboradores estamos buscando un analista experto en canales de venta presenciales para desempeñar un rol clave en la evolución de los grandes colaboradores del canal presencial de Repsol. Para ello, participará activamente en la gestión y el desarrollo de los modelos de venta actuales y en el diseño e implementación de nuevos modelos comerciales, con una visión transversal de los negocios comerciales de Repsol, que nos permita evolucionar la venta de productos de luz, gas y de soluciones multienergía para nuestros clientes. Será a su vez, el responsable de gestión y coordinación de de los canales de venta o agencias asignados, tanto para los segmentos residencial como PYME.

La posición requiere realizar análisis integrales de los canales de venta, coordinando proyectos asociados a desarrollo de nuevos canales y optimización de los existentes, siempre con un foco claro en la operación de generación y seguimiento de las ventas y control de la actividad comercial de las agencias de venta asignadas.

La posición requiere un trabajo en equipo y en consonancia con los diferentes stakeholders, brindando una visión 360 del negocio de Retail en los segmentos residencial y SME así como del resto de soluciones multienergéticas que Repsol ofrece a sus clientes (Autoconsumo, Movilidad eléctrica, etc.).

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Gestión, seguimiento y desarrollo de Canales de Venta y/o Agencias.

Análisis de diseño e implantación de nuevos modelos de venta presenciales.

Analizar la viabilidad y gestionar internamente los potenciales procesos a implantar.

Coordinación y seguimiento de ventas y de las acciones operativas para conseguirlas.

Interlocución con las agencias asignadas y las distintas áreas internas (MKT, legal, Operaciones, Gestión, Económica, etc.)

Coordinación de Proyectos específicos.

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación Universitaria (grado o master) en Administración, Marketing, Estadística, Finanzas, Ingeniería.

Deseable Formación especializada en ámbito Comercial

Experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años en puestos de desarrollo de negocio y/o coordinación de equipos de ventas presenciales, preferiblemente en el sector Utilities

Perfil con elevada capacidad analítica cuantitativa.

Visión a corto, medio y largo plazo del Negocio Retail.

Gestión E2E de procesos operativos comerciales.

Amplia experiencia en gestión y coordinación de Agencias de Venta y/o de equipos comerciales internos o externos con foco principal en Canal Presencial (Oficinas, Stands, etc.), tanto a segmento Residencial como Pyme.

Control operativo del día a día de la operación comercial (grabación y seguimiento de leads, ventas, etc.).

Capacidad de crear planes de Venta y realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de los mismos.

Capacidad de estructuración de Proyectos.

Familiarizad@ con la gestión transversal de proyectos multidisciplinares.

Alta implicación en la consecución de los objetivos comerciales.

Alto nivel de exigencia.

Nivel avanzado Excel, Power Point.

Habituad@ al uso de soluciones o herramientas de gestión comercial (preferiblemente Salesforce)
