Funciones y responsabilidades:

Controlar y supervisar las actividades relativas al diseño y ejecución de proyectos o programas, que le sean asignados, coordinando a contratistas y proveedores y realizando la valoración económica previa, que se asignen desde la DTM.

Colaborar con el área de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente asegurando el cumplimiento de las directrices de la misma participando en la formación de los proveedores en esta materia.

Velar por la aplicación de la normativa y mejores prácticas en materia de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en la ejecución de los trabajos, especialmente aquéllos objeto de su supervisión.

Control y seguimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y del cumplimiento normativo y supervisión de las obras necesarias como consecuencia de las actividades asociadas (IP-04, IP-02, IP-03, REBT, etc...) según reglamentación vigente.

Seguimiento, evaluación y control de costes y plazos de los programas de Mantenimiento mediante indicadores de calidad de servicio.

Supervisión de los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo en las instalaciones de Movilidad, aplicando los procesos diseñados a tal efecto y controlando la actividad de los contratistas asignados.

Colaborar, en su caso, en el control de gastos e inversiones realizando los informes mensuales necesarios

Coordinar la homologación, contratación y control de empresas constructoras, mantenedoras y supervisores de instalaciones, así como de materiales, para lograrla optimización de plazos y costes.

Llevar a cabo la elaboración y actualización de las Especificaciones Técnicas, estandarización de proyectos, procedimientos operativos en base a la aplicación de innovaciones tecnológicas y a los datos que se obtienen de los programas de mantenimiento.

Interlocución técnica cercana para la resolución de incidencias, siniestros y/o urgencias en las instalaciones del ámbito geográfico asignado.

Recabar la documentación técnica necesaria para ser consolidada en la DTM.

Apoyar técnicamente a la función comercial en las visitas de evaluación y apoyo que sean necesarias.

Revisar y coordinar la actualización de los procesos de calidad e instrucciones técnicas para adaptarlas a los requerimientos técnicos, legales o de negocio.

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación superior: Ingeniería/Arquitectura

Nivel de inglés B2 - Intermedio Alto

Se valorará el conocimiento en:

Gestión de proyectos y del mantenimiento.

Conocimiento del sector (instalaciones venta carburante)

Informática técnica.

Técnicas de negociación.

Ingeniería de seguridad, de materiales y corrosión.

Control medioambiental de operaciones
