La posición pertenece a Productos y Plataformas dentro de la Dirección de Servicios TI y Digital

Repsol apuesta por una estrategia multicloud, por soluciones IoT, por un gobierno centralizado de sus sistemas integradores; mantiene y moderniza la conectividad con toda su red de Estaciones de Servicio y sus Complejos Industriales y nada de esto sería posible sin un gobierno sólido de los procesos core de negocio residentes en nuestros sistemas SAP.

Encuadrado en Plataformas Técnicas Transversales se encuentra el equipo técnico que da soporte a todos los proyectos sobre soluciones SAP y que mantiene y gobierna todo el ecosistema técnico de la base instalada. Es un equipo maduro con años de experiencia y conocedor de diversas soluciones SAP y los problemas asociados a su operación diaria. Un equipo que tiene un gran reto: dar el soporte técnico al programa de transformación a S4 Hana de nuestras múltiples soluciones, así como establecer las nuevas metodologías de operación y mantenimiento para su estabilidad posterior. Si te apasionan las tecnologías y la innovación, tienes experiencia en grandes implantaciones SAP y has mantenido tus conocimientos al día alrededor de las nuevas soluciones de SAP S4 Hana, tu experiencia y tu visión nos interesan.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Las principales funciones y responsabilidades que realiza el equipo sobre las plataformas SAP (incluyendo no sólo los sistemas ECC sino también otras soluciones como SAP S4Hana, Solution Manager, SAP TM, SAP Portal&KM, SAP ISU, SAP MII, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP BO, SAC, SAP BFC, SAP DataServices, SAP BTP...) son:

Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia de actualización de los sistemas SAP.

Analizar e implantar herramientas de optimización del ciclo de vida de las aplicaciones SAP, así como soluciones y servicios que permitan extender, integrar e innovar los sistemas SAP.

Colaborar en la implantación del modelo de desarrollo, mantenimiento y operación de aplicaciones SAP incorporando prácticas DevSecOps y cumpliendo con las políticas de ciberseguridad corporativas

Participar en la ejecución de proyectos de Migración a S/4 HANA complejos, consolidando varios sistemas origen o parte de ellos.

Analizar, definir y gestionar la implantación de servicios BTP de las soluciones de desarrollo y automatización (tanto servicios low-code como SAP Build Apps y sap Build Process Automation, como pro-code, sin dejar de lado servicios relativos a user experience como SAP Build Work Zone).

Colaborar en el análisis y definición del roadmap de implantación de servicios de BTP, de las soluciones de IA, Data Analytics (SAC, Data Intelligence...) e Integración. Convivencia con los sistemas actuales, implantación progresiva y migración de soluciones técnicas actuales

Colaborar en la realización de proyectos piloto y pruebas de concepto que permitan llegar a la redefinición de las metodologías de desarrollo y gobierno de la base instalada en un escenario To-Be complejo S4Hana.

Colaborar en la adaptación de los escenarios S4 Hana a las estrategias corporativas de Arquitectura (Estrategias de Acceso y Autenticación, conectividad, integraciones y publicación de servicios, reutilización y publicación de API's de negocio en entornos multicloud ...)

Gestionar el mantenimiento de aplicaciones SAP como SAPPortals, Solution Manager, aplicaciones Java y sistemas ECC

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación universitaria relacionada

Conocimiento técnico y experiencia contrastable en implantaciones de soluciones sobre BTP

Conocimiento técnico y experiencia contrastable en migraciones y nuevas implantaciones S/4 HANA.

Se valorará conocimiento técnico y experiencia contrastable en aplicaciones Java de SAP como SAPPortals

Conocimiento técnico y experiencia contrastable en Solution Manager y sistemas SAP ECC (upgrades)

Nivel e idioma requerido: Inglés B2: nivel intermedio-alto

Requisitos valorables:

Se valorará experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud IaaS/PaaS de Azure y AWS

Se valorará tener certificaciones en soluciones cloud

Se valorará la formación/certificación S4 Hana

Se valorará el conocimiento en programación ABAP
