En el equipo de TI&D de Exploración y Producción, bajo la Dirección de Servicios de TI y Digital, lideramos la transformación global de Operaciones de E&P. Definimos estrategias e implementamos iniciativas innovadoras en más de 10 países. Un papel fundamental en nuestra transición hacia un futuro digital y eficiente.

Tendrás éxito si:

Traduces estrategias y requisitos de Operaciones/Asset Management a necesidades de TI, y lideras los proyectos de principio a fin.

Actúas como enlace entre áreas de negocio y tecnología, aplicando metodología Agile o Waterfall.

Analizas y controlas riesgos, redactas RFPs, cierras proyectos y coordinas equipos internos y externos.

Gestionas el alcance y estimas impactos, mano a mano con arquitectura y áreas de datos y análisis.

Controlas económica y técnicamente el proyecto en los sistemas corporativos de Repsol (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.) para cumplir hitos y entregables

Eres el enlace principal con las áreas solicitantes de proyectos (sponsor, Product owner y responsables) y con los equipos de TI & Digital.

Sobre ti:

Buscamos una persona comunicadora, dinámica y proactiva, con capacidad para la gestión de equipos y de negociación en español e inglés, resolutiva, con ganas de aprender, flexible y que se adapte bien a los cambios.

Conocimientos necesarios para el puesto:

Estudios superiores (Preferiblemente ingeniería).

Conocimientos de tecnologías como SAP PM, Synergi, PI, Energy Components o PI Osisoft.

Conocimiento de las principales tecnologías/capacidades en el ámbito Data y Analytics y herramientas de gestión de base de datos (Oracle SQL y SQL Developer).

Conocimiento avanzado en MS Office 365

Español e inglés fluidos C1- B2

Experiencia necesaria:

Al menos 5 años como jefe de proyecto/technical lead.

Gestión de equipos de proyecto multidisciplinares.

Gestión del cambio, entrega de proyectos, formación a usuarios, etc.

Valoraremos que tengas experiencia con los procesos de Negocio y políticas de ITD en Repsol: KPI, Data Analysts (Data Process y ML DevOps) y conocimientos de ARIA de Repsol.
