Hola, bienvenida/o a nuestra excelente oferta de trabajo Estamos en la búsqueda de Jefes de Obra Retail, que se caractericen por ser responsables, proactivos, resolutivos con alta capacidad de trabajo, con capacidad de gestión, dinamismo, organización, planeación, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo, para trabajar en una prestigiosa empresa, definida como un laboratorio constructivo, un híbrido entre agencia creativa, estudio de arquitectura, taller de producción y constructora en Madrid, España.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?.

  • Experiencia entre 5 y 10 años como Jefe de Obra con experiencia en proyectos comerciales o vivienda de lujo.
  • Formación académica como Titulado en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de la Edificación o Arquitectura.
  • Conocimientos Informáticos en MS Project, AUTOCAD, Office, Presto.
  • Es imprescindible tener un nivel alto de inglés (requisito excluyente). .
  • Tener disponibilidad de Movilidad para desplazamiento a obra a nivel nacional con sede en Madrid.
  • Experiencia en planificación de obra.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de trabajos diarios.
  • Experiencia con certificaciones, control de costes y producción.
  • Experiencia en contacto, relación, pro-formas y facturación con subcontratas.
  • Experiencia en trabajo en equipo, realizando de diferentes reuniones de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente manteniendo constante contacto con este.
  • Experiencia en gestión de documentación de cierres económicos con clientes y contratas, así como informes de seguimiento de obra.
  • Experiencia en control de costes, producción mensual y presupuestos adicionales.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de compras y logística de los recursos necesarios en obra.
  • Experiencia en la búsqueda de nuevos proveedores que se ajusten a las necesidades de la empresa y los parámetros establecidos. .
