La posición se ubica en el área de Grandes Cuentas, dentro de la D. Fuerza de ventas B2B, perteneciente a la D. FFVV B2B y Canal Presencial Multienergía, en el Rol Profesional/Profesional Senior/Técnico en Campus, Madrid.

La misión de la posición consiste en asegurar el crecimiento y mantenimiento rentable de la cartera de clientes asignada, dentro del Segmento B2B, consiguiendo los objetivos comerciales de acuerdo con los proyectos, presupuestos y política comercial de la Unidad de Negocio de Retail Electricidad y Gas. Asimismo, asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales establecidos, colaborando en la implantación de acciones necesarias de comercialización de productos y realizando las gestiones comerciales correspondientes de acuerdo a la estrategia del área.

Funciones y responsabilidades

Ejecutar la política y estrategia comercial del negocio B2B en la D. de Estrategia de Energía y Negocio B2B

Gestión de cartera de grandes clientes de electricidad y gas natural:

Renovaciones y captaciones de clientes (negociación de las condiciones)

Análisis y seguimiento de resultados

Realizar seguimiento del riesgo y la deuda de los clientes

Acciones de asesoramiento y acompañamiento al cliente

Colaboración con distintas áreas internas de la dirección para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos y un excelente servicio al cliente (Compra de energía, Operaciones Comerciales, Contratación, Facturación, etc.)

Control y seguimiento de los resultados de la cartera comercial (volumen, margen, deuda, competencia, etc.)

Colaboración con otras UUNN de la D.G. Cliente para contribuir al objetivo de Cliente Multienergía a través de la colaboración transversal

Requisitos necesarios

Titulación Superior

Permiso de Conducir

Disponibilidad para viajar

Inglés: B2
