La posición se ubica en Campus, en la D. CMO, Multienergía B2C & E-Commerce, en el área de Gestión de Leads y Cierre de Ventas.

Por qué es necesaria esta posición?

Alineado con el proceso de transformación digital de Repsol precisamos incorporar una persona que gestione proactivamente nuestras BBDD de leads y maximice la probabilidad de conversión de dichos leads a clientes, minimizando el tiempo y el número de pasos requeridos para ello.

Este proyecto cobra especial relevancia a raíz de la integración de Telesales y del área de generación de leads ya que mensualmente se requiere analizar, estructurar, personalizar y transferir a las agencias millones de leads poniendo foco en el performance del área de cierre telefónico y en la gestión de nuestras agencias.

Para ello necesitamos a una persona con conocimientos avanzados de programación, del sector de utilities y de gestión de FTE's de agencias telefónicas

Funciones y responsabilidades

Generación del plan mensual de operaciones, analizando los leads disponibles entre los millones de registros de las BBDD y cuadrarlo con las miles de horas diarias de Teleoperación de las agencias, tanto en España como en offshora

Gestión proactiva de BBDD leads del Grupo Repsol, analizando, personalizando y modelando los datos implantando acciones de forma proactiva con objeto de maximizar las ratios de conversión a venta

Coordinación e interlocución con los distintos equipos implicados a lo largo del funnel del lead/cliente

Mantenimiento y mejora del modelo definido para la maduración de los leads generados para los distintos negocios

Operar y colaborar en la implantación, mantenimiento y evolución de un modelo predicitvo para poder optimizar el uso de los distintos leads.

Definición de reglas de valoración y actualización del scoring según comportamientos, acciones y puntos de contacto del lead

Ejecutar iniciativas automatizadas de recuperación del interés en fases avanzadas del ciclo del lead y reactivación de leads históricos en base a su comportamiento

Análisis de los indicadores end-to-end del funnel de conversión, de cookie a cliente.

Requisitos:

Titulado Superior en Estadística, Marketing, ADE, Matemáticas, Ingeniería superior o Económicas.

Dominio de castellano y nivel de inglés B2 o superior.

Conocimiento en electricidad y gas, gestión de bases de datos, modelos predictivos y modelado de datos

Conocimiento de Python enfocado a creación de flujos de datos basados en lecturas en distintos orígenes.

Conocimiento de SQL para hacer consultas en SAS (PROC SQL) y Saleforce (SO SQL).

Conocimiento de SAS Enterprise Guide para mantenimiento y generación de flujos de datos.

Experiencia en Salesforce CRM

Alto perfil analítico, proactividad y capacidad para transformar y gestionar datos en mejoras accionables.

Conocimiento en Power BI u otra herramienta de Big Data
