Repsol Cliente es una de las 4 áreas de negocio del Grupo Repsol, englobando, entre otros negocios comerciales, las estaciones de servicio, la comercialización de electricidad y gas, la generación distribuida y el desarrollo de infraestructura para la recarga del vehículo eléctrico.
Esta área, que actualmente está en proceso de transformación para adaptarse al reto que suponen la transición energética y la necesidad de poner al cliente en el centro con una estrategia multienergía, selecciona un/a Consultor/a Sénior de Proyectos Estratégicos con ubicación en Campus Repsol, Madrid, con un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia trabajando en consultoría estratégica o financiera y con disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
Por las características del puesto, en un primer momento el tipo de trabajo será presencial, pudiendo tener un modelo híbrido con teletrabajo a medida que vayas adquiriendo autonomía.
Buscamos un perfil con una Licenciatura o Ingeniería Superior y un nivel de inglés mínimo B2.
El equipo al que te unes:
Equipo multidisciplinar con dependencia directa del Director General de Repsol Cliente, con visión transversal y contacto continuo con todos los negocios comerciales del Grupo Repsol.
Tu objetivo dentro de la compañía será gestionar y desarrollar proyectos estratégicos para Repsol Cliente con foco en temas financieros.
Principales tareas:
Planificación de los proyectos, detallando principales hitos y responsables, y coordinación con diferentes negocios y áreas corporativas de la compañía.
Gestión de equipos multidisciplinares con distintas áreas de la compañía y proveedores externos (Big Four, consultoría).
Liderazgo del proyecto y seguimiento del grado de avance de cada uno de los workstreams para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Análisis y consolidación de los resultados del proyecto, aportando solidez y expertise en la componente financiera.
Capacidad de análisis económico y estadístico.

Encajarás en el puesto si:
Tienes una Licenciatura o Ingeniería Superior, tu nivel de inglés es mínimo un B2, y si tienes capacidad de análisis económico-financiero. Se valorará de forma positiva un Máster en Economía, doctorado o MBA.
Necesitas tener una experiencia mínima de 4 años trabajando en consultoría estratégica o financiera.
Además, tendrás que demostrar capacidad en el tratamiento/análisis de datos y un conocimiento avanzado en Excel/PowerPoint/Power Bi.
Necesitamos un perfil con alto grado de motivación, con proactividad y flexibilidad, que sepa trabajar en equipo y en red, con capacidad analítica y de síntesis, y que tenga habilidades comunicativas y de interlocución a nivel Alta Dirección. Será valorable el conocimiento de los aspectos esenciales de los negocios comerciales en el ámbito de la energía, así como del contexto del sector y del entorno competitivo.
