Buscamos una persona que quiera trabajar en la Dirección de Comunicación y Marca concretamente en el área de Reputación, Marca y Transformación. Nuestro objetivo es aportar valor a Repsol generando conocimiento que ayude en los planes y toma de decisiones relacionadas con la comunicación y el mercado.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Definición/diseño y realización de proyectos de investigación de mercado utilizando diferentes metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas

Identificación, seguimiento y análisis de fuentes de información externas y de tendencias de mercado (comunicación, sostenibilidad, entorno social, marca, consumo ...).

Análisis de los datos generados en la dirección de Comunicación y Marca, datos de negocio y del resto de fuentes externas

Generación de insights y conocimiento del entorno y de la actividad de comunicación de Repsol

Gestión y mantenimiento documental

Elaboración de informes y cuadros de mando que comuniquen el conocimiento extraído

Requisitos:

Grado o posgrado Universitario en carreras de ciencias y/o ciencias sociales

Experiencia en marketing digital

Conocimiento de estadística y análisis de datos

Conocimiento de técnicas y herramientas de visualización de datos, preferiblemente en PowerBI

Conocimiento de herramientas de marketing digital, en particular las relacionadas con analítica de datos, gestión de proyectos, relación con cliente y seguimiento de la actividad de la competencia en el entorno digital

Familiarizado con el manejo de bases de datos y sistemas de gestión documental

Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas
