El puesto se encuadra en la D.C. Económico Fiscal, más concretamente dentro del área Económico-Administrativa de Generación Baja en Carbono (GbC)

La función principal de esta posición es

analizar las operaciones económicas realizadas en GBC y

elaborar la información económico-financiera clave correspondiente a este negocio para su reporte interno y externo.

Se trata de una oportunidad profesional en la que formarás parte de un

equipo dinámico, colaborando en

proyectos transversales en un

sector clave para la compañía y en

plena fase de expansión.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Entendimiento de las operaciones, definición del modelo de información (a través de los sistemas o manual), de los esquemas contables y del registro de las operaciones, así como del modelo de procesos, riesgos y controles necesarios para garantizar la captura, entendimiento, registro y reporting de operaciones en los EEFF.

Determinación de las políticas contables del área de GbC y de los impactos contables de sus operaciones (Purchase Price Agreements, Project Finance, reestructuraciones societarias…).

Analizar los EEFF mensuales de las sociedades y del subgrupo GBC.

Revisión y análisis de las magnitudes de reporting (Ebitda, Flujo de caja Libre, Deuda neta, magnitudes operativas y Resultados) mensual, trimestral y anual, requerida tanto para reporting interno como externo. Preparación del reporting mensual para el Comité Ejecutivo y Consejo de Administración.

Participación en todas las fases de los proyectos de M&A del área: due dilligence, determinación de los impactos contables (Purchase Price Allocation, análisis y homogeneización de las políticas contables), revisión de los contratos de compraventa, revisión de los acuerdos entre accionistas e integración de las sociedades adquiridas en el Grupo (homogeneización de sistemas, de procesos…).

Participación en los procesos de integración de sociedades adquiridas.

Revisión de las CCAA consolidadas e individuales y atender y coordinar la relación con auditores internos y externos.

Requisitos necesarios:

Grado en

Economía, ADE, Finanzas y Contabilidad. Valorable master en auditoría, contabilidad y finanzas.

Capacidad analítica y habilidades comunicativas para la elaboración de reporting interno.

Conocimientos de normativa contable, local e IFRS.

Análisis de Estados Financieros.

Paquete Office Avanzado, fundamentalmente Excel, PowerPoint y Power BI.

Nivel de Inglés alto ya que colaborará con equipos de habla inglesa.

Experiencia en áreas contables o en Big4 de al menos 6 años. Muy valorable los conocimientos relacionados

con el sector Renovables y Mercado Eléctrico.

Competencias y Habilidades:

Alta capacidad analítica.

Familiarizado/a con la preparación y análisis de EEFF y de reporting de empresas del sector de energía renovable y de sus métricas financieras.

Adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos, habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
