El equipo al que te unes:
Entrarás en el área de Optimización Comercial e Inteligencia de Cliente, dentro de la D.G Cliente. Serás business partner y parte de tus tareas serán definir segmentaciones de valor comercial o modelar y aplicar técnicas de inteligencia artificial para impulsar decisiones informadas y resultados económicos mejorados. Buscamos una persona con iniciativa que quiera crecer profesionalmente, que tenga visión analítica, capacidad de síntesis y que sea buena comunicadora, que sepa trabajar en equipo y que aporte valor al negocio actuando como business translator. Tus tareas serán:
Hacer propuestas, desarrollo e implementación de modelos y estudios basados en análisis avanzado de datos para los negocios comerciales de Repsol, enfocados en análisis de clientes y acciones comerciales.
Participar en la evaluación de programas personalizados y asesoramiento en optimización comercial y estrategia de cliente.
Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios como business translator y coordinarte con equipos técnicos.
Usar analítica avanzada y minería de datos para la segmentación de clientes, propuestas de campañas y evaluación de su impacto y rentabilidad.
Hacer estudios de clientes mediante clusterización, análisis de patrones y diseño de modelos estadísticos predictivos.
Diseñar, desarrollar y gestionar el mantenimiento de modelos de datos.
Sobre ti:
Tu experiencia:
Áreas/proyectos de analítica avanzada y en gestión de BB.DD. (depuración de indicadores, cuadre de datos, validación de ingestas, etc).
Tareas de segmentación, modelado estadístico, machine learning con Python o SAS, diseño de dashboard en PBI, Tableau o SAS Viya.
Experiencia profesional 4-5 años.
Tus conocimientos:
Formación en matemáticas, ingeniería, informática, ADE o similares.
Nivel avanzado en manejo de Excel, PBI, P.Point.
Manejo de herramienta como SAS guide, Alteryx, SAS Miner y Python.
Inglés B2.
