La vacante se encuentra dentro del negocio de Trading un negocio activo y en continuo crecimiento donde el profesional se involucrará en la gestión y negociación de toda clase de contratos asociados a la actividad de Trading

Su actividad principal se basará en gestionar los contratos derivados del negocio de trading tales como contratos de compraventa, de fletamento, ISDA, almacenamiento…etc.

Su rol tendrá un papel fundamental a la hora de negociar los contratos y llegar a acuerdos rápidos y meritorios con la contraparte, además de ser una parte esencial en la labor de control de las operaciones incluidas en los sistemas informáticos internos.

Derivado del dinamismo del negocio el candidato estará en continuo aprendizaje de las distintas tipologías de contratos dentro del negocio de trading con interlocutores diversos y con un enfoque internacional muy amplio, enfrentándose a diferentes retos dentro de su posición.

Funciones principales:

Redactar y acordar por escrito con las contrapartes los términos vinculantes de los contratos de compra/venta de físicos spot, largo plazo e instrumentos derivados.

Revisión de GTC s propias, así como su actualización, y revisión de GTC s de otras compañías, estudio de las mismas y evaluación de los riesgos

Realización de acuerdos marco entre empresas del grupo.

Asesorar a las líneas comerciales en la negociación de los términos contractuales y nuevos negocios.

Negociación de cartas de crédito.

Negociación de ISDA’s y contratos financieros.

Coordinar con las áreas corporativas en la negociación de contratos, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas.

Elaboración de contratos de emisiones de derechos de CO2.

Negociación de contratos de fletamento/ viaje marítimo a corto y largo plazo.

Control y conciliación de los cierres comerciales en los sistemas internos de la compañía.

Requisitos necesarios:

Licenciatura en Derecho o Doble Licenciatura en Derecho y ADE/Económicas etc.

Nivel C1 de inglés.

Máster en Derecho Marítimo / Conocimientos en Derecho Marítimo.

Valorable Experiencia y formación en el Sector Marítimo.
