Se trata de una posición de carácter Temporal.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Gestión y coordinación de los servicios generales del edificio.

Seguimiento del gasto para control de presupuesto anual.

Control de facturación.

Gestión de contratos de servicios.

Realizar seguimiento y control a contratistas.

Elaboración de informes de actividad y cuadros de mando.

Elaboración procedimientos de servicios generales.

Actualización de las guías de usuario.

Colaborar con las áreas de la Dirección en todos los proyectos.

Evolución del modelo de gestión de los servicios generales.

Gestionar las herramientas internas necesarias.

Identificación de mejoras, simplificación, automatización y digitalización de los procesos.

Apoyo y resolución de consultas recibidas por parte de las diferentes áreas y clientes.

Cumplimiento de los Acuerdos establecidos en la prestación del servicio con nuestros clientes.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en ADE.

Nivel inglés B2.

Dominio de Excel, Power Point y herramientas de Microsoft. Se valorará el manejo de otras herramientas como PowerBi y SAP.
