Este puesto de nueva creación tiene como objetivo desarrollar en el canal presencial de Repsol el segmento PYME en electricidad y gas . El Supervisor desarrollará, diseñará e implementará modelos de venta PYME en los canales presenciales, incluyendo la captación de nuevos colaboradores y la creación de nuevos canales de comercialización. También analizará las tendencias de venta para el segmento PYMES identificando y proponiendo nuevos modelos de venta y se coordinará con otras áreas (estrategia, producto, gestión de canal) para conseguir los objetivos comerciales marcados.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Consecución de los objetivos comerciales vinculados al desarrollo del canal presencial para PYMES en electricidad y gas

Diseño de la estrategia comercial de desarrollo del canal presencial para PYMES en electricidad y gas en coordinación con el resto de áreas

Prospección y acuerdo con colaboradores especializados en comercialización en PYMES en electricidad y gas

Diseño e implementación de campañas de venta PYME en electricidad y gas

Control de rendimiento de las campañas comerciales de venta PYME en electricidad y gas

Liderazgo y coordinación de proyectos de desarrollo de venta PYME en electricidad y gas

Requerimientos

Formación académica: Formación universitaria superior o grado en áreas cercanas a Administración, Marketing, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería o Informática.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años probada liderando proyectos de desarrollo de negocio

Experiencia mínima de 3 años probada gestionando canales comerciales especializados en venta segmento PYME

Experiencia mínima de 1 año probada en Electricidad y Gas en venta segmento PYME

Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas para análisis de mercado y presentación y seguimiento de proyectos: EXCEL, Power point, etc

Alta capacidad de organización y proactividad

Nivel de inglés: B2

Disponibilidad para viajar: SI. España
