About the location:The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our pre-opening team Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our Nikkei Restaurant.
What you will do
Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Food and Beverage team, being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists, controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests feel receive the highest levels of service excellence.
What you bring
Our ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening.

Schedule & Hours:
Full time contract, 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
