Dentro de la nueva Dirección de FFVV B2B Y CANAL PRESENCIAL MULTIENERGIA trabajamos cada día para incrementar el número de clientes multienergía gestionando la fuerza de ventas y canales presenciales de Repsol. En este puesto formarás parte del equipo de Estrategia y Grandes colaboradores, dónde estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a Senior Estrategia PYME canal presencial, experto en estrategia de ventas y canales presenciales para desempeñar un rol clave en la evolución de los colaboradores multienergía de Repsol. Para ello, participará activamente en diseñar la estrategia del canal presencial multienergía de Repsol para el segmento PYME, implementando nuevos modelos comerciales, con una visión transversal de los negocios comerciales de Repsol, que nos permita evolucionar la venta de productos de luz, gas y de soluciones multienergía para nuestros clientes PYME.

La posición requiere un trabajo en equipo en coordinación con los diferentes áreas, brindando una visión 360 del negocio de Retail así como del resto de soluciones multienergéticas que Repsol ofrece a sus clientes (Autoconsumo, Movilidad eléctrica, etc.) en el segmento PYME.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Diseñar la estrategia para el desarrollo del canal presencial de Repsol en el segmento PYME.

Definir los arquetipos de canal presencial y modelos retributivos para el segmento PYMES.

Desplegar una propuesta de valor en el segmento PYME para canales multienergía presenciales que incluya: luz, gas, GLP, autoconsumo, movilidad eléctrica, etc.

Proponer, ayudar a impulsar y validar iniciativas que fomenten el crecimiento en ventas, la reducción de bajas y la mejora de la rentabilidad en el segmento PYME.

Optimizar y mejorar el performance de canales actuales y nuevos.

Consecución de los objetivos del segmento PYMES, desde el rol de estrategia en colaboración con el resto de áreas.

Requisitos Necesarios

Titulación universitaria de Grado Superior, preferiblemente en Ingeniería, ADE, Marketing o similares.

Nivel de inglés medio-alto B2

Experiencia mínima de 5 años probada en puestos de pricing, producto, estrategia, inteligencia de mercado, gestión o desarrollo de canales presenciales con foco en el segmento PYME, preferiblemente en el sector utilities.

Experiencia en la construcción de modelos retributivos que fomenten el crecimiento comercial con canales colaboradores.

Experiencia en modelos comerciales con colaboradores bajo la modalidad de exclusividad.

Experiencia demostrada de contactos relevantes con colaboradores del sector de energía.

Conocimiento de los diferentes modelos comerciales del segmento PYME en el mercado de luz, gas, autoconsumo y movilidad eléctrica.

Valorable formación especializada en ámbito comercial.

Valorable el conocimiento de otros negocios comerciales de energía, telecomunicaciones, banca y/o seguros.

Valorable conocimiento de los mercados de electricidad y gas así como del sector Retail en España.

Nivel alto de paquete Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.) y Power BI.

Conocimientos de herramientas CRM (Salesforce preferiblemente).

Competencias y Habilidades

Persona analítica, ordenada y proactiva.

Orientación comercial a resultados.

Con capacidad de priorizar y liderar varias iniciativas al mismo tiempo.

Habilidades de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo en entornos colaborativos sin dependencias directas.
