La vacante se encuadra en la Dirección de FFVV, B2B y Canal Presencial Multienergía dentro de la DG Cliente, con ubicación en Madrid (Campus). Se trata de la cobertura de una baja de varios meses.

El cargo desempeñado en esta posición es el de Jefe de Producto y Gestor de Canal Legacy. Las principales tareas asociadas al mismo se describen a continuación.

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Coordinación y colaboración con los responsables de:

Cada producto de los negocios para la comercialización de los nuevos negocios.

Los negocios legacy para la comercialización de los nuevos negocios

Caracterización, seguimiento, impulso y análisis de resultados por canal

Definición e implantación del plan comercial, para la incorporación de nuevos canales de prescripción para cada producto (leads/ventas/etc), y del modelo retributivo

Formación en comercialización a:

Los gestores comerciales y de canal.

Las Fuerzas de Ventas de los negocios legacy, internas y externas.

Identificación de necesidades formativas por parte de los canales y de la fuerza de ventas de los negocios

Seguimiento e impulso de las captaciones del producto por canal, y análisis de resultados

Seguimiento y gestión de las incidencias escaladas por los gestores de canal y/o territoriales, en coordinación con los diferentes servicios de atención de usuarios y call centers de incidencias para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las herramientas y del proceso operativo

Coordinación y colaboración en el despliegue de iniciativas para la mejora de efectividad comercial en la captación de contactos para la contratación de los productos

Implantación y seguimiento de acciones promocionales y campañas de marketing de cada producto.

Dotar de las herramientas necesarias a los gestores, tanto de canal como comerciales para que puedan desarrollar su actividad, como por ejemplo: Formación, materiales gráficos de producto tanto comercial como formativo, cuadro de mandos para seguimiento de actividad, etc…

Requisitos necesarios:

Titulación Superior universitaria, preferentemente perfil Ingeniería

Competencias y Habilidades:

Gestión comercial

Gestión técnica

Proactividad/Autonomía en el trabajo.

Empatía y relaciones interpersonales

Otros aspectos a valorar:

Valorable experiencia previa en áreas comerciales.

Valorable experiencia en áreas técnicas.
