El técnico de soporte de IT (Helpdesk) desempeña un papel crucial en el mantenimiento y la optimización de los sistemas informáticos Es responsable de proporcionar asistencia técnica a los usuarios finales, solucionar problemas de hardware y software, y garantizar la continuidad operativa de los sistemas.


Responsabilidades

Asistencia técnica: Proporcionar asistencia técnica de primera línea a los usuarios finales por teléfono, correo electrónico o en persona. Solucionar y resolver problemas de hardware, software y red de manera eficiente.

 

Resolución de problemas: Diagnosticar y resolver oportunamente los problemas técnicos comunicados por los usuarios. Elevar los problemas complejos al personal informático adecuado cuando sea necesario.

 

Instalación y configuración de software: Ayudar a los usuarios en la instalación, configuración y resolución de problemas de aplicaciones de software. Garantizar la compatibilidad y funcionalidad del software en diversas plataformas.

 

Mantenimiento de hardware: Realizar tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento del hardware informático, los periféricos y otros equipos informáticos. Coordinar las reparaciones y sustituciones necesarias.

 

Formación de usuarios: Proporcionar formación básica y orientación a los usuarios sobre el uso de sistemas informáticos, aplicaciones de software y protocolos de seguridad.

 

Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de las solicitudes de asistencia, los pasos de solución de problemas y las resoluciones. Documentar problemas y soluciones comunes para futuras consultas.

 

Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad informática. Ayudar a aplicar las medidas de seguridad para proteger la información confidencial y evitar el acceso no autorizado.

 

Actualizaciones del sistema: Ayudar en la implantación y comprobación de actualizaciones de software, parches y mejoras del sistema. Ayudar a los usuarios en la transición a nuevas tecnologías y procesos sin problemas.

 

Comunicación: Mantener informados a los usuarios sobre el estado de sus solicitudes de asistencia y proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas sobre los problemas en curso. Comunicar información técnica de forma eficaz a usuarios no técnicos.

 

Formación continua: Manténgase al día sobre las tecnologías emergentes, las tendencias y las mejores prácticas en soporte de TI.


Requisitos

Formación: Sistemas microinformáticos y redes, Administración de sistemas informáticos en red o similares

Exepriencia: 2 años de experiencia en funciones de soporte informático, a ser posible en un entorno de servicio de asistencia técnica


Conocimientos específicos:

- Sólidos conocimientos de hardware informático, sistemas operativos, redes y técnicas de resolución de problemas.

- Dominio de Microsoft Windows, MacOS, redes TCP/IP, programación Sql, mantenimiento de hardware y software. Nas, soluciones SAN. Conmutación, WAN, LAN, VmWare, herramientas de copia de seguridad.

- Familiaridad con sistemas de ticketing helpdesk y herramientas de soporte remoto.

- Excelentes dotes de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en colaboración en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

- Mentalidad orientada al cliente y centrada en la prestación de servicios de asistencia de alta calidad.

Inglés básico conversacional y escrito demostrable.
