Actualmente necesitamos incorporar un Support Engineer (Level 2) en nuestra sede corporativa de Alcobendas (Madrid) o Palma de Mallorca. La persona seleccionada se encargará de la instalación de la infraestructura IT, ofreciendo asistencia ante cualquier incidencia IT a todas las oficinas de Sixt España.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- Instalación y configuración de hardware informático (laptops, desktops), sistemas operativos y aplicaciones.
- Instalación y configuración de redes locales y equipos de comunicaciones.
- Resolución de incidencias IT de manera presencial, telefónica y en remoto (redes y Software nível 2).
- Configuración avanzada de herramientas SW (paquete Office) y aplicaciones corporativas.
- Coordinación con los equipos de la matriz y de la dirección de Construcción e infraestructuras de España, del mantenimiento y reposición de hardware informático (micro informática y Redes).
- Procesamientos de las solicitudes de los usuarios de nuevo hardware y software.
- Actualización de las herramientas de informes y seguimiento del rendimiento.
- Control y seguimiento de proyectos IT (Comunicaciones y Soporte aplicaciones SW), gestión de fechas y presupuestos.

**COME AS YOU ARE**:

- Formación Profesional de Grado o Universitaria en Informática o similar.
- Experiência laboral en soporte técnico microinformático y/o redes y comunicaciones.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés. Se valorarán conocimientos de alemán.
- Conocimientos de redes (LAN/WAN).
- Capacidad para diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos
- Familiaridad con aplicaciones de escritorio remoto y software de Helpdesk
- Conocimiento a nível experto en configuración de Sistemas operativos Windows y paquete office.
- Disponibilidad para viajar (aprox. 20%, a nível nacional)
