Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo de CISCO en Madrid, buscamos un
**Administrative Cisco Support** para dar apoyo al equipo y que trabaje para la consecución de los objetivos de procesamiento de datos en SAP, órdenes de compra, pedidos y escalados en el equipo. Entre sus responsabilidades, estarán:

- Responsable de elaborar informes diarios sobre los pedidos pendientes de los clientes de acuerdo con el calendario y el SLA acordados con el cliente.
- Apoyar todos los aspectos relacionados con la obtención de la mejor información, actualizaciones para cada informe y transmitir estos detalles tanto al cliente como al departamento de ventas de TD SYNNEX.
- Priorizar las tareas propias para garantizar que se cumplen los plazos o SLA acordados.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con ventas internas.

**Buscamos una persona que tenga conocimiento de**:

- El mercado informático - Cómo funciona el canal.
- Principales competidores de TD SYNNEX.
- Orientado a cliente.
- Excelentes skills organizativos.
- Muy valorable conocimientos o experiência en SAP R3.
- Conocimiento a nível usuario de Word, Excel, Outlook.
