MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services es el nuevo Hub financiero internacional que da servicio a los países de habla no germana del grupo MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. Nuestra misión es proporcionar servicios administrativos, contables, financieros y otros servicios transversales a las diferentes sociedades de MediaMarkt en Europa.

Lo que harás:
Gestión de los acuerdos negociados con los proveedores en campañas especiales (Dia sin IVA, Black Friday, etc.)
Mantenimiento e introducción de las condiciones negociadas entre compras y el proveedor.
Cálculo de estas aportaciones de acuerdo a los acuerdos establecidos: artículos afectados, periodo de tiempo, excepciones, limites…
Gestión con los proveedores para enviarles la información y obtener la autorización.
Gestión con departamento de bonificaciones para la facturación.
Preparar los ficheros para provisiones en cierre de lo no facturado.
Conciliaciones y gestión de reclamaciones con los proveedores.
Intermediación: proveedores-compra-back office-bonificaciones.
