Desde Eurofirms ETT seleccionamos un teleoperador/a de atención al cliente bilingüe (francés y castellano) para importante empresa del sector distribución ubicada en zona de Guindalera (Madrid).. Sus funciones serán:. - Apoyo al equipo de ventas en la comunicación con cliente franceses.. - Traducción de documentos en francés.. - Recepción de llamadas de atención al cliente.. - Gestión y preparación de pedidos así como la recepción y facturación de los mismos.. - Gestión y seguimiento de incidencias.... Ofrecemos un contrato temporal de 3 meses con posibilidad real de incorporación a empresa a través de contrato indefinido una vez transcurrido dicho periodo de tiempo.. - Horario de 40 horas semanales de lunes a viernes de 9.00h a h (1 hora de descanso). Salario entre y € brutos anuales... Requisitos:. - Dominio alto y/o nativo de idiomas francés, y castellano.. - Valorable nivel alto de árabe. - Dominio de paquete Office (Excel y Word), así como conocimiento de herramientas de gestión y facturación... Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones de operador o administrativo en atención al cliente... Buscamos una persona procedimental, proactiva, con actitud positiva, empática y orientada al cliente y las personas. Experiencia: Se requiere Idiomas: Español – Experto.
