Nuestra misión en Kleta es hacer que los desplazamientos diarios en bicicleta sean mÃs alegres y sin complicaciones Nuestro servicio de suscripción de bicicletas te permite tener tu propia bicicleta sin la necesidad de preocuparte por una alta inversión, el robo de tu bicicleta o cualquier mantenimiento. Somos una empresa en rÃpido crecimiento con presencia en toda España y actualmente estamos formando un equipo excepcional para permitir que millones de personas disfruten de sus desplazamientos diarios en bicicleta en los próximos años.

Sobre el puesto:

Tu misión como practicante es trabajar junto con nuestro equipo de Marketing and Sales, y a través de estrategias de redes sociales, coordinar eventos y generación de leads y cierre de negocios para impulsar nuestro crecimiento.

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas en redes sociales para aumentar la visibilidad y la participación de la empresa.

Comprender los productos/servicios de la empresa y comunicar eficazmente sus beneficios a los clientes potenciales.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para alinear estrategias de generación de leads y ventas.

Identificar oportunidades para colaboraciones y asociaciones que impulsen el crecimiento de la comunidad.

Competencias:

No te rindes nunca: Nunca tendrÃs un problema en Kleta por haber intentado algo, aunque no salga bien. Prometemos fallar, aprender y levantarnos para volver a intentarlo.

Proactividad total: Cuando un problema sale a la luz, posiblemente ya sea demasiado tarde. Te adelantas a los problemas para que no surjan.

No hay experiencia que pueda con tus ganas: No necesitamos al mÃs experimentado, las ganas y ambición que muestras en el día a día te hacen volar mÃs alto.

Apasionado, ambicioso pero humilde: Te mueres por lo que haces y por hacerlo bien. Tu motivación es saber que estÃs haciendo un trabajo brutal, con un propósito noble y aprendiendo mÃs que en cualquier lugar.

Habilidades:

Habilidad con herramientas de gestión de cliente (necesitarÃs aprender a manejar nuestro CRM).

Experiencia sólida en gestión de redes sociales y estrategias de marketing digital.

Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.

Conocimiento bÃsico de técnicas de ventas

Habilidad para aprender rÃpidamente sobre productos/servicios y adaptarse a las necesidades del cliente.

Trabajo en equipo

Nivel alto en Inglés y Castellano (tanto verbal como escrito). CatalÃn es un plus.
