**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Business Development role responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunities. Working with HP to
**drive new business forward.**

**Accountabilities**:
The main accountabilities for this role include
**accelerating SMB** revenues and negotiation of key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques and standards. Demonstrating
**solid customer engagement** strategies including multiple parties and levels that drive successful business outcomes. Driving overall vendor management Creating customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promotes
**long term value based customer engagement**
- Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor"
- Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools to ensure best in class business continuity
- Full knowledge of assigned Vendor's product / service line
- Develops tailored customer value propositions against clear understanding of customer business requirements

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**

The ideal person for this role will need to have good emotional intelligence and the ability to
**influence and persuade **using
**strong communication** skills on all levels..

We are looking for someone with high energy, motivated and who is Skilled multi-level relationship build.
**Experience in the IT industry** with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background
- Strong orientation towards and experience in high velocity sales
- Strategic planning and business case development
- Digital and EU experience
- Experience with **HP products** (a high plus)

**Languages required**: English (C2 and native) Any other EU language (a high plus)

**Possible locations**: Barcelona, Spain; Lisbon, Portugal; Prague, Czech Republic; San Guliano Milanese, Italy
