Expectativas del puesto: · Construir relaciones activas y significativas con los clientes, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con otros colaboradores de Septeo España · Dirigir las reuniones de incorporación de nuevos clientes y proyectos, validando e identificando las necesidades de los clientes, los retos potenciales y los plazos clave del proyecto. · Hacer seguimiento y postventa a los clientes a partir de las soluciones adquiridas. · Asegurar que los clientes disfrutan y hacen uso eficiente de los productos digitales adquiridos. · Identificar y mitigar de forma óptima el riesgo de pérdida de clientes. · Garantizar una alta satisfacción del cliente y la posibilidad de referencia · Ayudar a desarrollar e implementar metodologías, procesos y herramientas estándar para mejorar continuamente el programa de éxito de clientes de Tesipro Cloud. Requisitos : Nuestro candidato ideal : · Experiencia probada trabajando en el hospitality: Customer Success, Account Management, Responsable en establecimiento hotelero o un papel similar centrado en el cliente. · Experiencia con cuentas a gran escala, tecnológicamente sofisticadas y/o clientes del mercado empresarial en un entorno SaaS de ritmo rápido. · Una mente abierta para aprender rápido Te enseñaremos todo sobre Tesipro Cloud, pero nuestros clientes y productos son inherentemente técnicos y debes tener aptitud y curiosidad para aprender sobre esos conceptos. · Altos niveles de análisis y organización en sus flujos de trabajo - entender lo que significa ser responsable de una cartera de clientes y priorizar los tiempos de manera eficiente. · Pasión por la asociación y la colaboración. Trabajará regularmente con varios equipos (Ventas, Soporte, Producto, etc.) y ayudar a construir la "marca" CS en toda nuestra organización. · Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de presentar a un público diverso, tanto interna como externamente. · Conocimiento medio-alto de inglés y deseable francés. · Disponibilidad para viajar ocasional y reunirse con clientes
