Requisitos
Estudios mínimos
  • Grado en estudios universitarios o Formación profesional superior relacionados con la actividad bancaria, (ADE, Economía, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Derecho, etc), o que hayan realizado postgrados en esta materia.

Experiencia minima
  • Mínimo 1/2 años de experiencia en el departamento comercial vendiendo productos en el área de financiación de clientes.

  • Buena actitud comercial, cercanía, empatía y escucha activa hacia el cliente.
  • Atraer la atención del interlocutor y captar las necesidades del cliente.
  • Además, valoraremos si tienes experiencia previa en atención al cliente, gestión comercial presencial y/o remota previa, especialmente en empresas del sector financiero o seguro.
  • Debe de tener conocimientos básicos de financiación (Leasing, Renting, Préstamos, etc.).
  • -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • -Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • -Orientación al cliente y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas.
  • -Conocimiento básico de productos financieros y mercados.
  • Habilidades competentes en la gestión de incidencias y resolución de problemas.
  • Habilidades efectivas de gestión del tiempo.
  • Nivel de inglés C1.
  • Español a nivel de competencia.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.

Descripción del puesto
Formando parte del equipo de operaciones se encargará presentar a nuestros clientes soluciones y productos de financiación que den cobertura a la venta de nuestro portfolio de venta de soluciones de productos de Data Center, Seguridad y Networking.
Las funciones principales asociadas al puesto de trabajo serán:
  • Trabajará en constante contacto con la fuerza de ventas de Arrow para ofrecer en los clientes (partners) las opciones de financiación de Arrow Capital Solutions, ya sea para la financiación del propio partner o de sus clientes finales.
  • Su labor se centrará en contactar con los clientes de Arrow (distribuidores IT) con el apoyo de los propios comerciales de Arrow para explicar las opciones de financiación que Arrow Capital les ofrece y desarrollar el negocio de Arrow Capital en dichos partners en base a una estrecha colaboración y seguimiento de las oportunidades.
  • Promoverá formaciones sobre opciones de financiación en dichos partners.
  • Trabajará las oportunidades que se presenten desde la cotización inicial hasta la firma y cesión a las financieras colaboradoras, coordinándose con los diferentes departamentos de Arrow implicados en cualquier financiación como brands implicadas, departamento de compras, departamento de clientes, proveedores, contabilidad y departamento financiero.

Hibrido - 2 días de teletrabajo, viernes más otro día de designación por parte del manager. 3 días en la oficina. Los días que se viene a la oficina posibilidad de trabajar por las tardes en casa si el empleado quiere.
Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9 a 14 y de 15 a 18:30. Viernes de 9 a 14.
Horario de 08:00 a 15:00 del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre.
