Partner Manager

Our current portfolio includes a global payments gateway and virtual card-based pay-out solutions. To enhance our offer and better serve our customers, we’re evolving the proposition for our business with fresh investment in specialist talent and new partnerships, an open API platform and an aim to deliver new regulated payment services.

The Outpayce Partnerships team manages over 100 partner relationships with issuers, acquirers, providers of alternative methods of payments, schemes, FX, fraud management services and services supporting pay-in and pay-out services of airlines, hotels, corporations, travel sellers and other operators in the travel industry.

As the Partner Manager you’ll manage complex and global partner relationships that supports Outpayce's strategy. You’ll own the business relationship, development and signature of new and existing Partners in order to expand our payment network. This role is part of the Commercial and Partnerships organisation and will drive substantial revenues from Partners.

You’ll also work closely with the Product organisation, and the Delivery teams to ensure a smooth delivery of products, features and geographies to Outpayce's customers.

In this role you’ll;

Negotiate partner contracts and drive the best outcome for partnerships from a commercial and partner engagement standpointManage the relationship with our partners and work closely with the Product Management team to evolve the partner’s product roadmapCollaborate closely with the Product organization to ensure that Partners’ proposition meets merchants’ requirements for pay-in and pay-out activitiesMeet revue targets set with partners and identify new ways to expand the relationship to drive incremental businessBecome the expert in the verticals covered to support the selection of partners and provide insights into deals

About the ideal candidate

You’ll have professional experience in partnerships management within financial services, payments or a B2B tech companyHave an understanding of technology and have experience of working in a technology-led environmentYou’ll have experience of contract negotiation and relationship managementBe able to manage complex relationships
