We are Trucksters, a digital transport operator based on truck relays, one of the fastest growing Spanish startups. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated **Partner Success Manager** to join our team and manage the relationships with our Partners and ensure their satisfaction.

We are seeking a **Partner Success Manager **to join our team to ensure the satisfaction and success of our truck fleet managers, who are our valued partners. The Partner Success Manager will work closely with our partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, monitoring their performance, and providing proactive support.

**As Partner Success Manager you will**:

- Build strong relationships with our partners to understand their needs and priorities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates on key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and work with partners to develop solutions.
- Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues as they arise together with our Partner Support team.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to management on partner satisfaction and performance.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, such as account management, business development, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing processes and programs that have led to measurable improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages might be a plus.
