Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative and multilingual Hotel Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Hotel Customer Care Specialist, you will represent a hospitality industry leader connecting people worldwide to unique travel experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Journey

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our hotel's amenities, services, and policies.

  • Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations, adhering to our reservation system's protocols.

  • Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and courteously, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience during their stay.

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Stay informed about current promotions, events, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information and enhance their experience.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and exceed customer service goals.

  • Adhere to established remote work protocols, including maintaining a professional workspace, adhering to scheduled shifts, and maintaining reliable internet connectivity.

  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering positive guest relationships.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Minimum one-year experience in a similar position, possibly in a resort or hotel

  • Excellent customer-service, communication, and organisation skills

  • A positive, service-oriented attitude

  • Strong bilingual communication skills - written and verbal - in Spanish and English

  • Previous experience with Cloudbeds is highly appreciated

  • Good computer knowledge including Google suite package

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.

  • Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic

  • Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes

  • Confident working in cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable in a start-up environment.
