Your roleWe are seeking a dynamic and creative and multilingual Hotel Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Hotel Customer Care Specialist, you will represent a hospitality industry leader connecting people worldwide to unique travel experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
Your JourneyRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our hotel's amenities, services, and policies.
Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations, adhering to our reservation system's protocols.
Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and courteously, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience during their stay.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Stay informed about current promotions, events, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information and enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and exceed customer service goals.
Adhere to established remote work protocols, including maintaining a professional workspace, adhering to scheduled shifts, and maintaining reliable internet connectivity.
Uphold the hotel's brand standards and reputation by consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering positive guest relationships.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.

What do you bring to your tripMinimum one-year experience in a similar position, possibly in a resort or hotel
Excellent customer-service, communication, and organisation skills
A positive, service-oriented attitude
Strong bilingual communication skills - written and verbal - in Spanish and English
Previous experience with Cloudbeds is highly appreciated
Good computer knowledge including Google suite package
Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic
Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes
Confident working in cross-functional teams.
