We are expanding our global footprint and are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our market reach in Spain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an ambitious vision and mission, investing heavily in people, technology, and products. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and setting the stage for our sales success in the Spanish market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize advanced tools to identify and generate new leads within the Spanish market.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with Account Executives and Channel Development teams to develop and execute account plans.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable market intelligence.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce) and generate relevant reports.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend trainings to develop relevant knowledge and skills, particularly in cybersecurity.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Educational Background: College degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Sales Interest: A keen interest in software sales and a customer-facing role.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities with an aptitude for gathering detailed information from prospects.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with business applications such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Coachability: Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to personal development.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to identify suitable solutions for clients.
  • Motivation: A strong desire to succeed and advance your career within the company.
  • Availability to Travel: Willingness to travel for regional meetings and events.
