El puesto de Sales Ops es rico, intenso y técnico.

Tu papel será sencillo: ayudar a papernest a crecer utilizando herramientas y procesos que sean a la vez sencillos y eficaces El puesto de Sales Ops es muy transversal, en la intersección de las necesidades de varios equipos y países (Francia, España, Italia, etc.). No sólo te dará la oportunidad de enriquecer y desarrollar tus habilidades técnicas (CRM, experiencia de usuario, análisis de datos, código), sino también de poner en práctica tus habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de proyectos.

Te unirás a un equipo de Sales Ops de 9 personas, en el corazón de los retos estratégicos de papernest.

️Tus misiones:

Colaborar con los equipos internos (técnicos, producto, ingenieros de datos...) para desarrollar y simplificar los procesos de ventas (Jira, Salesforce Flow, herramientas sin código como Make...).
Analizar los datos de ventas e implementar un plan de acción para alcanzar los objetivos operativos
Utilizar los cuadros de mando existentes y mejorar la visualización de nuestros datos
Ser proactivo a la hora de resolver y corregir las deficiencias de rendimiento para alcanzar los objetivos operativos.
Comunicar los resultados a las principales partes interesadas
Gestionar la cartera de ofertas
Establecer ofertas y tarifas en el back office
Coordinarse con los equipos (formación, producto, gestión de operaciones) para lanzar o actualizar ofertas
Resolver las incidencias operativas y técnicas cotidianas
Trabajar con los equipos de ventas para optimizar los procesos y participar en la mejora continua utilizando la metodología Lean (Value Stream Map, shadowing, etc.)

Tu perfil:

Tienes curiosidad y ganas de aprender, en particular sobre datos y cuestiones técnicas.
El rol de Operaciones de Ventas requerirá que domines rápidamente todas nuestras herramientas técnicas (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Jira, Github, etc.).
Por lo tanto, el conocimiento de al menos un lenguaje de programación (SQL, Python, Java, JSON, etc.) es una ventaja.
Tienes una mente analítica: puedes racionalizar problemas, encontrar soluciones pragmáticas y elaborar planes de acción.
Eres ágil: capaz de trabajar sobre el terreno y llevar a cabo tareas cotidianas.
Autonomía y capacidad para gestionar y ejecutar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
Tienes entusiasmo, con una actitud y comunicación positivas y un enfoque creativo para la resolución de problemas.
Te gusta trabajar en equipo.
Hablas español e inglés con fluidez.
