We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Dutch Speaking (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you) Research and prospect for new clients in Benelux region Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists Work with the Sales Executive and the Whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
  Your basic qualifications You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role You have a native level of Dutch and a good level of English Ideally, you are a fresh graduate in Economics / Management / Marketing / Tourism or you have relevant work experience (public oriented) Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

We are also interested in Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus Any other language is a plus
