We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent Norwegian speaker to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining both on-site training and remote work, with flexible shifts either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM to midnight.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service and prompt issue resolution.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical difficulties, and account management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekend or late shifts as required.
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in B2 English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
