Nuestros/as ingenieros/as de soporte informático trabajan en un segundo plano para solucionar cualquier posible problema y mejorar nuestros sistemas, para que podamos trabajar lo mejor posible.
Te encargarás de que nuestra infraestructura de TI esté siempre a la altura de las exigencias de nuestras actividades en todo el mundo. Al mismo tiempo, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con la tecnología más avanzada y aprender de los y las líderes que están creando los almacenes del futuro.
Key job responsibilities
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios finales y a la infraestructura informática de tu ubicación.
- Ayudar en proyectos de red clave, como la configuración informática de los nuevos centros de Amazon.
- Proponer nuevos procesos que mejoren la forma en que Amazon utiliza las TI en sus centros operativos.
- Formar y asistir a los/las técnicos/as informáticos/as.
A day in the life
Trabajarás en uno de nuestros emplazamientos y viajarás varias veces al mes a otros centros operativos del país, y puede que también de otros países. Como ingeniero/a de soporte de TI, colaborarás con los miembros de tu equipo que trabajan tanto en remoto como presencialmente para ayudarles en lo que necesiten. Aprovecharás tu experiencia para asegurarte de que todas nuestras plataformas funcionan perfectamente, lo que a menudo implicará la ejecución de proyectos para mantener o mejorar nuestra infraestructura informática. En algunos casos, también ayudarás a diseñar la infraestructura de los nuevos edificios y te asegurarás de que todo está listo para la apertura del nuevo centro.
En Amazon, no hay dos días iguales, lo que lo convierte en un lugar de trabajo muy estimulante. Puede que un día tengas que resolver fallos informáticos y al día siguiente pensar en nuevos procesos para mejorar nuestros sistemas. About the team
El equipo de Soluciones de Tecnología de Operaciones (OTS) ofrece soporte técnico ininterrumpido a las operaciones globales de Amazon. Para mantener, actualizar y proteger la infraestructura informática y los dispositivos de los usuarios finales de una de las mayores empresas del mundo se requieren habilidades de todo tipo. El equipo está formado, en parte, por ingenieros e ingenieras que ayudan a implantar y crear nuevas soluciones, además de otros perfiles que se encargan de las tareas de gestión, asesorando a los miembros de los equipos de asistencia técnica para que puedan proporcionar una mejor atención a los usuarios finales.
El equipo de OTS de Amazon se esfuerza por equilibrar rendimiento y sostenibilidad en todas las nuevas soluciones. Gran parte de nuestro equipo trabaja de manera presencial. El equipo permanece operativo las 24 horas del día, lo que nos permite proporcionar asistencia o realizar tareas de mantenimiento importantes con una mínima interrupción de la actividad.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Titulación universitaria en Informática u otra especialidad técnica.- Experiencia previa relevante en la administración de redes heterogéneas, con clientes y servidores que utilicen Microsoft Windows y Linux.
- Experiencia relevante tanto en infraestructuras de redes como en la integración de sistemas y con proveedores externos.
- Nivel intermedio alto de inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito.
- Permiso de conducir en vigor.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Los requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte.- Cualquier otra certificación del sector, como ITIL, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Microsoft (MCP, MCSE) o Linux (LPIC-1, LPIC-2).
- Experiencia en tareas de diagnóstico y en la resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia en entornos dinámicos y centrados en el cliente.
- Experiencia con protocolos comunes de red e internet, como protocolos de gestión de red, protocolos de comunicación de red y protocolos de seguridad de red
- Experiencia en la gestión de activos y compras de TI o WLAN.
