Ocado Solutions is responsible for our corporate international partnerships, offering the proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) as a service to retailers around the world. OSP comprises access to Ocados physical automation, allowing highly efficient preparation of orders, together with the full end-to-end software applications required to operate a world class online grocery business, bringing the best possible operational economics, consumer experience and service to our partners. Since 2017 we have signed agreements to provide our unique e-commerce solution to a number of the worlds largest grocers, including the following retailers in the Europe Region: Groupe Casino (France), ICA Gruppen (Sweden), Auchan Retail ( Alcampo (Spain), Auchan (Poland)), Bon Preu (Spain), Morrisons (UK), and Ocado Retail (UK). 

The Partner Growth Manager role is an exciting opportunity in our European Partner Success Team to directly influence the commercial success of our partners, some of the largest retailers in Europe.

What will you be doing?

Businesses that partner with Ocado Solutions come in all shapes and sizes, and leverage our technology in different ways. In this role, you will combine your knowledge of ecommerce, grocery retail, and online marketing with communication skills and analytical abilities to shape and influence how our partners grow online. 

The Partner Growth Manager will work with the Ocado Partner Account team to drive the growth agenda in our partners business, enabling our partners to improve commercial outcomes, grow their customer base, order volume, and overall profitability. 

You will build effective relationships with key commercial, marketing, and ecommerce stakeholders in our partners businesses. You will leverage knowledge of customer objectives, strategic know-how, knowledge the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), as well as the expertise of our central growth subject matter experts to create and implement successful growth strategies.

You will support your internal stakeholders in the region with insights and reporting on growth topics, as well as be a source of information and support for your partners. 

As part of the Europe Partner Success Team you will be responsible for supporting our partners in their day to day use of OSP, ensuring that their webshop is configured optimally, using the most impactful OSP features, to drive maximum customer acquisition, retention and basket size.

You will consult with partners through both in-depth projects, and ongoing optimisation forums aimed at improving their commercial performance. You will leverage data to drive recommendations that improve overall performance. 

You must have:

Fluency in English essential and one other European language desirable ( French, Spanish, Polish, Swedish)  5+ years experience in one or several of the following fields: Performance marketing within a direct to consumer business (grocery ecommerce experience a plus) Commercial or trading experience in a direct to consumer business ( grocery ecommerce experience a plus) Retail management consulting  Familiarity and passion for data-driven marketing, consumer insight, and ecommerce Familiarity with or experience with measuring and optimising key growth metrics including user growth, conversion, LTV Comfortable utilising data to gain a clear understanding of the customer journey, identify and implement improvements, and measure performance  BA/BSc degree in a business management or technical field or equivalent practical experience desirable
