Verstärke unser Kundenbetreuungs-Team

Unterstütze unser Team an vorderster Front und leiste einen wertvollen Beitrag für das gesamte Unternehmen. In dieser Position:

Beantwortest du zeitnah und präzise Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat;

Trägst du zum Projekterfolg bei, machst ggf. Verbesserungsvorschläge, tauschst mit deinen Kollegen Wissen und Erfahrungen aus und durchläufst mit uns gemeinsam unsere kontinuierlichen Lernprozesse

Was du mitbringen musst:

- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse – in Wort und Schrift

- Fließende Englischkenntnisse – in Wort und Schrift

- Stress-Management ist eine Voraussetzung, da wir mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig betreuen und mit verschiedenen Systemen arbeiten

- Lösungsorientierung und Flexibilität. Unsere Kunden sollen stets das Gefühl haben, dass man ihnen zuhört, sie respektiert und ihnen immer die beste Lösung bietet 

- Beschäftigungsgrad: Vollzeit, Teilzeitanstellung möglich

- Form des Anstellungsverhältnisses: Festvertrag mit 1 Monat Probezeit
