Adam Foods somos un grupo de empresas del sector alimentación, con presencia en la península ibérica y proyección internacional, y actualmente buscamos cubrir una vacante de TRADE MARKETER para nuestras oficinas centrales en Barcelona.
¿Cuál será tu rol?
Reportando a la Responsable de Trade Marketing, te responsabilizarás de:
Impulsar la actividad y planes comerciales en función de las necesidades de las distintas categorías gestionadas: diagnóstico, ejecución y seguimiento de planes de acción, exposición y actividades comerciales en coordinación con otras áreas de la compañía. Alcanzar objetivos de crecimiento mediante la gestión activa de surtidos y optimización del espacio en puntos de venta (lineal y exposición) en los principales clientes. Gestionar y analizar el punto de venta, incluyendo promociones y acciones ejecutadas. Participación en el desarrollo del Plan anual de category y ventas. Liderar y coordinar proyectos transversales y multidisciplinares,. Realizar estrategia de surtidos y actividades así como análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos de las ventas. Colaborar con los KAMs en las reuniones con clientes nacionales y regionales para generar engagement y desarrollar las oportunidades de negocio conjuntamente con ellos. Participar activamente en el desarrollo del plan anual de categoría en los planes de clientes.¿Qué buscamos?
Grado en ADE o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 2 / 3 años en posiciones de Category / Trade Marketing en el sector de Gran Consumo.
Conocimiento de técnicas de análisis de mercado, gestión de surtido de productos, y desarrollo de estrategias de categoría.
Habilidades analíticas sólidas y capacidad para trabajar con datos, utilizando herramientas como análisis de panel de consumidores, datos de ventas y métricas de rentabilidad.
Habilidades de negociación y capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas con proveedores y socios comerciales.
Orientación a resultados, con un historial demostrado en el logro de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
Flexibilidad y adaptación a los cambios.Inglés
