We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Spain included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Spanish employer.Fast and easy recruitment processWorking hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00About the project:We're looking for a Danish-speaking Business Developer to handle the first stage of the customer journey for a leading insurance provider in the Scandinavian market. Your role will focus on contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, and scheduling appointments directly into the client's calendar. The sales process itself is handled by the insurance company — your focus is on engagement and quality lead generation.Responsibilities:Represent a major insurance brand in Denmark and ScandinaviaConduct the first contact with potential customers and identify their needsBook qualified meetings in the client's calendarWork closely with a supportive and collaborative teamRequirements:Minimum C1 level of Danish languageMinimum B2 level of English languageSelf-driven, results-oriented mindsetStrong communication and customer-focused approachAbility to spot new business opportunitiesComfortable working with digital toolsPrevious experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage, but not requiredA proactive team player ready to go the extra mileQuality-focused and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer:Full-time contract (39 hours/week), Monday–ThursdayMonthly salary: €1,460 grossPerformance bonus: up to €250grossModern office located in MalagaPaid trainingCareer development programs and specialised training coursesIF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENTNote: EU citizenship or full working rights are requiredReal Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
