Desde Grafton abrimos vacante de HR Manager en Sevilla para multinacional del sector energía/industria pesada.FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTOActuar como HR Business Partner para las áreas operativas y corporativas, asegurando la correcta aplicación de políticas globales.Liderar procesos de selección y atracción de talento especializado en ingeniería, operaciones y perfiles técnicos.Diseñar e implementar planes de formación y desarrollo orientados a competencias críticas del sector energético.Gestionar relaciones laborales y negociación con comités y sindicatos, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa local e internacional.Supervisar procesos de compensación y beneficios, asegurando equidad interna y competitividad externa.Impulsar iniciativas de engagement, diversidad e inclusión, alineadas con los valores corporativos.Colaborar en proyectos de transformación organizativa, digitalización y transición hacia energías renovables.Reportar métricas de RRHH (rotación, clima laboral, absentismo) y proponer acciones correctivas.PERFIL REQUERIDOTitulación en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en RRHH en entornos industriales, energía, oil & gas o minería.Conocimiento en gestión sindical, legislación laboral y políticas globales de RRHH.Inglés avanzado (mínimo C1), se valorará segundo idioma.Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y gestión del cambio.
