Betancourt selecciona: Health & Safety Manager (Málaga).Por favor, lea detenidamente la siguiente descripción del puesto para asegurarse de que encaja con el perfil antes de enviar su solicitud.La empresaMultinacional industrial de referencia en su sector y en su territorio.El puestoReportando al Manager de Seguridad de España, esta persona será responsable de liderar y coordinar todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la Seguridad y Salud en la Plantas de Producción.La responsabilidadLiderar y guiar el desarrollo e implementación de los estándares y estrategias corporativas de Seguridad en la planta, alineado con las directrices corporativas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Seguridad alineados con las metas de sostenibilidad 2030.Planificar e implementar políticas, procedimientos y directrices de Seguridad enfocados en la mejora continua del desempeño en seguridad en las plantas.Consolidar una Cultura de Seguridad en la planta para lograr una fábrica libre de accidentes.Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de Seguridad y liderar auditorías internas y externas en la plantas.Implementar nuevos programas de seguridad.Reportar indicadores críticos de seguridad (KPIs) en los distintos comités y proponer e impulsar nuevas acciones para mejorar dichos indicadores.Lo que ofrecemosProyecto estable con posibilidades de desarrollo.Atractivo paquete retributivo con interesantes beneficios.Formación continua en el puesto de trabajo.Lo que buscamosTitulación Universitaria, preferiblemente de la rama técnica.Máster 3 especialidades PRL.Experiencia de al menos 5 años en posiciones de Seguridad en el sector industrial.Nivel alto en paquete Office 365 (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc...). xohynlm Inglés B2.Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente.
