Compañía líder en el sector editorial y de productos infantiles (revistas, coleccionables y artículos sorpresa), que se encuentra en pleno proceso de expansión y crecimiento a nivel nacional, y para reforzar su estrategia de desarrollo y la apertura de nuevos canales, necesita incorporar a un/a:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CANAL IMPULSO

Funciones:
Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, nuevos canales de venta y clientes potenciales en el canal impulso.Construir, gestionar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con distribuidores, cadenas y puntos estratégicos dentro del sector.Elaborar propuestas comerciales atractivas, gestionar un pipeline sólido y cerrar acuerdos que aseguren el crecimiento de las diferentes líneas de producto.Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos de distribución, administración y operaciones, garantizando la correcta implementación y rentabilidad de los acuerdos alcanzados.Analizar datos de venta, evaluar el rendimiento de las estrategias aplicadas y realizar ajustes para optimizar resultados.Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales gestionando cuentas propias, preferiblemente con cadenas de supermercados regionales o nacionales.Experiencia en la apertura de nuevos clientes o nuevos canales de venta.Alta capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados.Visión estratégica, proactividad e innovación en la búsqueda de nuevos canales de comercialización.Valorable experiencia en productos orientados al canal impulso: juguetes, bazar, confitería o productos afines.
