About the position

Finom is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to lead the Core Experience team. This team is the foundation of how entrepreneurs use, understand, and love the product.

The Lead Product Manager will own the design and evolution of Finom's core user flows, from navigation and shared UI to how customers interact with insights, actions, and automation.

The goal is to make Finom the most intuitive and intelligent financial experience for small businesses in Europe. A key focus is bringing AI into the core of the product, crafting experiences that are proactive, contextual, and genuinely helpful, ultimately helping entrepreneurs spend less time managing money and more time running their business.

While the first step involves reimagining the core flow and interface, the role will expand into leveraging AI to deliver next-generation features and alternative ways of interaction. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of design, systems, and intelligence.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Finom's Core Experience across web and mobile.
• Design the next generation of Finom's user experience, integrating AI-powered capabilities that simplify key customer workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, and research) to ensure every journey feels intuitive, cohesive, and delightful.
• Partner closely with AI and data teams to bring intelligence into the product in natural and valuable ways.
• Define and track success metrics around engagement, satisfaction, and the effectiveness of AI-driven experiences.
• Scale design systems and shared frameworks that enable speed and consistency.
• Mentor and guide other PMs, contributing to product excellence and a culture of strong customer empathy and craftsmanship.

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of building exceptional, customer-facing digital products.
• Deep understanding of experience design, product systems, and how AI can enhance customer journeys.
• Experience delivering high-quality, intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong product instincts: knowing when to experiment and when to perfect.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and defining clear success metrics.

• Experience with AI-native or data-driven consumer or fintech products.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or productivity tools for SMBs.
• Experience working across multiple European markets.
• Previous experience in mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads

Hiring Process

Hiring Manager Intro (30 minutes): An initial conversation to learn more about your experience, motivation, and the position.

Product Craft Interview (60 minutes): A deep-dive into your product thinking, problem-solving approach, and past cases.

Take-Home Assignment: A task designed to evaluate your product sense, prioritization, and communication skills.

Final Interview & Assignment Presentation (60 minutes): A discussion with the CPO and hiring manager where you'll present your assignment and walk through your decisions.

Cultural Fit Interview (60 minutes): A conversation with potential teammates to assess collaboration style and team fit.
