What You'll Do

  • Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content.
  • Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style.
  • Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
  • Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work.
  • Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency.
  • Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Passion for storytelling through visual art.
