What You'll Do
- Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content.
- Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
- Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work.
- Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency.
- Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Passion for storytelling through visual art.
