We are expanding our creative team and looking for an experienced Art Director who can lead with vision, craft compelling visual narratives, and elevate brand experiences through exceptional design. You'll define the visual identity of projects, guide talented designers, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure that every visual element reflects the personality and message of the brand.

The Role
As Art Director, you will lead the visual strategy for brand experiences and projects, ensuring that every graphic and visual touchpoint aligns with the brand's story and vision. This is a hands-on role where creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking converge to produce visually stunning and coherent brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct visual concepts that define the look & feel of projects, aligned with brand strategies and spatial design proposals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate internal and external talent to deliver high-quality visual materials.
  • Oversee the production of key visuals, signage, printed materials, branding assets, and on- and offline graphic elements.
  • Collaborate closely with spatial designers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure visual coherence across all project elements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in graphic design, art, music, fashion, and broader cultural movements, applying innovative visual solutions to strengthen the creativity and relevance of projects.
  • Lead an on-site installation, materials handling, and production supervision to ensure the integrity of the visual design from concept to execution.

Required Skills & Mindset

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-driven visual design.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative visual strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Attention to detail and ability to balance creative vision with production requirements.
  • Experience working on brand-driven experiences, installations, or immersive projects.
  • Hands-on experience with materials, production, and on-site installations.
  • Curiosity and awareness of current trends in culture, music, fashion, and art.
  • Fluency in Spanish; English and Catalan are a plus.
