Context and purpose of the job:
Within the HR Department of our branch, you will primarily support the team in matters related to
Labor Relations (RRLL)
, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management of labor relations, employee administration, and workplace compliance, within a dynamic and international environment.
Main tasks:
- Keeping employee-related documents up-to-date
- Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Updating and maintaining the employee database with accurate and relevant information
- Recording and keeping track of employee absences, leaves, and vacations.
- Assisting in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, tickets restaurant and other employe
e benefits.
Requirements:
- Must have skills: Law or Labor Relations is required.
- Experience in similar roles, possibly within the fashion industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel.
- High interest in working in a dynamic team and fast paced environment.
- Agile mindset – open to change and able to problem solve and adapt when needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude
- High English level is mandatory.
- Residence in Spain
- ESSENTIAL TO BE ABLE TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL OR UNIVERSITY
Nice to have skills:
- Master's degree in human resources o RRLL.
- Fluency in any other language apart from English is highly appreciated (Italian,Portuguese).
- Knowledge of SAP
