Airport
business unit has over 25 years of experience investing in and managing some of the world's most complex airports, including London Heathrow Airport. Job Description:
As a Human Resources Intern, your mission will be to give support to the team in talent acquisition, learning and development, as well as in the execution of the daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, managing recruitment in Workday, conducting interviews, and requesting necessary documentation from candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including enrollment in Workday, procurement of necessary materials, and access management.
  • Monitor the training plan, helping employees enroll in courses, and coordinate mandatory training with the Corporate Training team.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to create strategic PPT presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including processing new hires, drafting employment contracts, and maintaining personnel records up to date in Workday.
  • Support initiatives related to employer branding, employee engagement, and employee surveys conducted by the Corporate Shared Services Center.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in HR (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (C2).
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Attention to detail.
