Join our dynamic and international team at Axpo Services EMEA, where collaboration, innovation and mutual support drive us. As a Mendix Application Developer, you'll design, build and maintain smart solutions for complex business challenges.

What you will do:

Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Translate system requirements into data, function and object models

Design, develop and implement software applications and interfaces

Set up, manage and maintain development and test environments

Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of Mendix solutions

Document software lifecycle and support continuous improvement

What you bring & who you are:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Mendix Low Code Platform

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)

Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, databases and version control systems

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Proficient in CI/CD tools and practices

Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your work schedule. 60% on remote and 40% at our offices in Madrid, Torre Europa.
